CNH Global Deploys Construction Equipment to New York

CNH Global employees around the world have responded to the tragic events of Sept. 11 with an outpouring of support. The thoughts and prayers of all of us at CNH Global and our nine agricultural and construction brands are with the families, friends and colleagues of those victimized by the unprecedented acts of terrorism. Our full support remains with the President and our government leaders to save lives and help the victims.

To assist the disaster response in New York, CNH Global is working in coordination with New York City, the State of New York and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and is rushing to the scene wheeled excavators, skid steer loaders, wheel loaders and backhoes in support of their efforts. Manufactured at various facilities around the world, these machines are en route to Manhattan via participating nearby dealers in the Port area.

We are grateful that no CNH employees were involved in any of the attacks.
