THE CUTTERBAR.
Independent disc modules ensure reliability and simple service and repair. All components are isolated from the adjacent modules. There is no free flowing oil between the modules, bearings, gears and other internal components. Should damage to one module occur, the other modules would not be affected. This greatly reduces downtime and costs to repair.
PUT AWAY YOUR WRENCHES.
Our quick change knife system greatly reduces the time needed to perform maintenance. Quickly change or flip knives without the need
for wrenches or sockets. The knife tool is conveniently stored on the mower so it is always there when needed.
SHOCK HUB PROTECTION.
Each module is equipped with a shock hub for protection from rocks or other hidden surprises in the field. If a collision occurs, the hub takes the blow, protecting the cutterbar from time-robbing, expensive failures. The shock hub is an external feature, so repairs are quick and simple and do not involve opening the module and exposing the internal components and lubricants to chaff and dirt.
3-YEAR CUTTERBAR WARRANTY.
For peace-of-mind mowing, MD3 and TD3 disc mowers are covered by a three-year cutterbar warranty. This includes the base one-year warranty on the entire machine and an additional 2-year on the cutterbar drive line components.
