Our staff will send you a trade-in value after completing our process to ensure you are offered the most competitive value for your machine. Please include all pertinent information so that your process with us can be smooth and simple.

TRADE-IN POLICY: West Hills Tractor does accept trade-ins on new equipment purchases. Our policy states that a West Hills Tractor salesman visits your operation to inspect your prospective trade so that we can offer the most competitive value for your machine. Due to travel costs and time efficiency to our customers, we do not consider trade-ins that are further than 100 miles from our dealership in Jonesborough. Additionally, we do not consider prospective trades  Exceptions to this policy may be granted by the Sales Manager. Considering a trade-in on your new equipment purchase? Please fill out the Trade-In Value form when inquiring on our website with all pertinent information to aide in a smoother process for your trade value. Our salesmen will initially ask for pictures of your machine. Please be ready to provide pictures of: all four sides of the machine, serial plate, inside the cab/operator's platform, hours meter/bale count, tires, any cosmetic issues, or any visible mechanical/technical issues.
