"Some of the tools I use most often are CNH diagnostic software, a multimeter, and a test light. All of these are able to help me quickly identify equipment issues and determine the best course of action to fix them."

What achievement are you most proud of at West Hills?
"The achievement I'm most proud of is becoming a Level One Technician. This means I have been certified in Customer Service Fundamentals, Electrical Fundamentals, Hydraulic System Fundamentals, Engine Fundamentals, Precision Farming Fundamentals, and Systems and Tools Fundamantals; which include basic knowledge of the elctronic parts catalog and electronic service tool used in day-to-day operations at the dealership. With all of these certifications combined, I received a Level One Technician Fundamentals of Agriculture Certification. This gives me a base to further my service education and possibly become a Level Two Professional Technician and then Level Three Master Technician in specific product lines."
